It bridges the space between doing everything yourself and fully concierge - giving you professional help where it makes the biggest difference, while keeping you comfortably in control.

This tier removes the background stress and replaces it with clarity, preparation and a home that already works the day you arrive.

What's included in Signature Arrival:

Before you Arrive:

Your move is quietly set up for success. Fragile items are carefully packed for protection. Utilities are closed at your old address and new supply arranged at your next property.

Key service details are verified for accuracy and a clear timeline confirmed with you in advance, ensuring there is continuity, not disruption - you aren't starting from zero when you arrive.

As you Arrive:

Your home is ready to function, with a light home refresh in bathrooms, kitchen and entry.

Essential areas are made usable from day one, with electric and gas supply live, not wait times or admin calls required and small provisioning so you can settle immediately.

You step into a home that is already working, not one that still requires setup.

After you Arrive:

Your first day feels lighter.

Confirmation of supplier activation, concierge check-in to ensure everything is live.

Optional add ons (unpacking, deep clean, broadband, provisioning upgrades).

You are not left to chase or "finish off" loose ends - the logistics are closed off for you.

Every WelcomeHome+ move includes a complimentary "Move in Essentials" package from a Local Supermarket, delivered on the day of your install. Fresh groceries, breakfast items, drinks and snacks - carefully selected and tailored to you - so you can relax without that first day dash to the shops.

Do I need a move date before getting in touch?

No - we can begin supporting you even if your date is not yet fixed. Many clients contact us during planning or while waiting on paperwork so everything is ready in advance.

What makes this different from a removals company?

Removals companies move belongings. We prepare your arrival. Curated Comfort ensures utilities are active, essentials are protected and the home feels workable the moment you step inside.

Is unpacking included in this tier?

Unpacking is available as an optional add-on for Silver, but is automatically included in our Signature Arrival tier. This keeps Silver flexible for clients who want support without over-servicing.

Can you arrange broadband for me as well?

Yes - broadband can be added to Silver at any time. It is included by default in Signature Arrival, but can be switched or activated as a Silver upgrade.

How far in advance should I get in touch?

Even a few weeks is enough to make a meaningful difference, but earlier is ideal - it means we can prepare your home environment instead of reacting to it.

Is Silver suitable for apartment moves as well as houses?

Yes - Curated Comfort works for flats, terraced homes and detached properties. The tier is defined by support level, not property size.

Can I upgrade to Gold later if I need more help?

Of course. Many clients begin with Silver and step up to Signature Arrival once they see how much peace of mind a concierge-led move provides.

Do you cover my area?

Almost certainly - we operate across the North of England, the Midlands and into North Wales, with nationwide utility setup available wherever you live.
