With this tier, we don't simply coordinate your move; we stage your arrival so the transition is seamless, calm and genuinely liveable from the first moment.

Before you Arrive:
Your move is prepared with the same intention you would give it yourself, if you had unlimited time.
Your belongings are fully packed - not just boxed - with care for how they will be unpacked on the other side. Utilities are not only connected but fitted to the way you live, not simply confirmed active. Broadband is arranged and ready so your life can continue uninterrupted from the moment you walk through the door. Everything that needs to be in motion already is before you pick up the keys.
As you Arrive:
We don't deliver a house; we deliver readiness.
You step into a space where the essentially are already live, the kitchen can be used immediately, and key rooms have been unpacked with intention - not just placed. Your first evening can feel like an arrival, not a construction zone of boxes waiting to be managed. The house is not waiting for you to begin it - the house is already holding you.
After you Arrive:
Your concierge remains available to you throughout the settling-in period.
We make sure everything continues working as expected, follow up with suppliers on your behalf, and adjust anything that needs refining after move-in - from tariff optimisation to broadband corrections or activation timing. You do not need to chase updates; you are simply informed when things are resolved.

Sometimes it's not the boxes or the broadband - it's the comfort.
Every WelcomeHome+ move includes a complimentary "Move in Essentials" package from a Local Supermarket, delivered on the day of your install. Fresh groceries, breakfast items, drinks and snacks - carefully selected and tailored to you - so you can relax without that first day dash to the shops.

Not necessarily. Many Signature clients prefer to arrive once the home is already prepared. We coordinate everything with you in advance so your arrival can be quiet, calm and unhurried.
In Signature Arrival, we unpack and prepare priority rooms so the home is liveable from day one. If you would like full house staging, this can be arranged as a bespoke upgrade.
Silver gives you support and readiness. Signature gives you stewardship. Instead of simply setting the basics in motion, we remain responsible until everything feels complete.
Yes - it is arranged before arrival, not afterwards. Where advance activation is impossible (rare exceptions in new builds), an interim solution is arranged so there is no downtime.
Yes. Signature clients are matched with a dedicated concierge who stays with you before, during and after arrival.
You are kept informed and we resolve it on your behalf. You never need to chase or repeat information - it remains our responsibility until complete.
Yes - it is especially well suited to clients arriving from another region or preparing a property they cannot personally set up in advance.
